In 1998, we gained knowledge and experience by owning and managing a large midwestern winery. The winery's core distribution channels included on-premise, wholesale distribution and direct-to-consumer sales. The winery also produced private label wine for boutique wineries and individuals in the Midwest. Since 2005, Will Cru Consulting has helped several Midwest wineries get their start and helped others with specific projects.
